PURPOSE:To readily hold a phase between movable element cores without necessity of precisely assembling steps by providing two rows of stationary pole teeth oppositely to two movable element cores, and displacing by 1/4 of pitch of the rows of the teeth. CONSTITUTION:A stator 1 having two rows of pole teeth 1a, 1b is disposed oppositely to a movable element 2 having two axially movable element cores 3 and a permanent megnet 5. The teeeth 1a, 1b of the stator are displaced at 1/4 of pitch (size P), two pole teeth 3a and 3c, 3b and 3d are respectively provided at the cores 3 of the element 2, displaced at 1/4 of pitch from the stator 1 so that the pole teeth 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d of the cores respectively have phase differences of 0 pitch, 1/4 pitch, 1/2 pitch and 3/4 pitch with respect to the stator 1. |
