<p>PURPOSE:To achieve unmanned performance of FMS thus to realize high productionability by forming various management data from such data as obtained from the drawings of the parts of work and automating thereby providing a setting method of machining process where the input to the next order online management division is facilitated. CONSTITUTION:The machining process setting method in FMS is managed through central computor, and on the basis of a few data based on the drawings of parts of work to be machined through FMS line which will correspond flexibly with the variation of type, quantity, specification, etc., necessary management data is formed through setting of desired machining process thus to calculate the machining time required for planning of schedule. The procedure for setting the machining process is comprised of step for forming standard machining text 1, step for determining the tool 2, step for determining the machining sequence, step for determining the machining condition 4 and step for forming the management data file.</p> |
