<p>PURPOSE:To lead a clean hydraulic fluid alone into a suction passage as well as to aim at improvements in reliability, by attracting a pulverulent body of metal powder and the link, being produced in a hydraulic chamber to be made up of a rotor and a housing and mixed in the hydraulic fluid, with a magnet and simultaneously collecting them with a filter. CONSTITUTION:When a rotor rotates, a rotational center of the rotor 2 and the center of a guide ring 4 are eccentric with each other so that a plunger 3 reciprocates, sucking up or discharging a hydraulic fluid in consequence. At this time, pulverulent bodies including metal powder and the like are produced in sliding parts between the rotor 2 and the plunger 3 as well as between the plunger 3 and the guide ring 4, etc., due to abrasion or the like. Accordingly, these pulverulent bodies are made to be mixed in the hydraulic fluid in a hydraulic chamber 8 to be made up of a housing 1 and the rotor 2, and thereby they are collected on another circumferential part of the hydraulic chamber 8 with rotation of the rotor 2. And, the metal powder is attracted with a magnet 6, while pulverulent bodies other than that are also collected by a filter 7. With this constitution, a clean hydraulic fluid alone is led into a suction passage 17 and the inside of the rotor 2.</p> |
