PURPOSE:The titled compsn. with excellent lubricity, rustproofness and degreasing ability, comprising a polyacrylic resin (alkali metal salt), a specified alkaline earth metal compd., and an aliph. sulfonic acid alkali (alkaline earth) metal salt or an amine. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. polyacrylic resin (alkali metal salt) of formula I (wherein R<1> is H or 1-4C alkyl; R<2> is H, 1-8C alkyl or alkali metal such as Na or K) having MW of 20,000-60,000, is compounded with 0.1-10pts.wt. at least one alkaline earth metal compd. selected from among an alkaline earth metal salt of a saturated fatty acid of formula II (wherein R<3> is 9-33C alkyl; M is alkaline earth metal), an alkali (alkaline earth) metal acrylate and an inorg. alkaline earth metal compd. such as CaCO3 and 1-20pts.wt. at least one compd. selected from among an alkali (alkaline earth) metal salt of an aliph. sulfonic acid of formula III (wherein R<4> is 1-40C alkyl) and an amine such as triethanolamine, and diluted in water. |
