PURPOSE:To execute easily a direct illumination and an indirect illumination by a single illuminating device by using one proximate photographing electronic flash device. CONSTITUTION:In case of executing a direct illumination, an electronic flash devide 5 is installed to the tip of a lene barrel 2 so that a flash tube 13 of the electronic flash device 5 is opposed to an object to be photographed 14. In such a case, when an interval between the center part of a projecting part 5c of the electronic flash device 5 and an end face 5b, and an interval between the center part and an end face 5a are denoted as (d) and (e), respectively, its relation becomes (d)>(e). A thickness (f) of an installing part 6a of a reflector 6 has a relation of (d)-(e)<=(f). Accordingly, the installing part 6a of the reflector 6 is made about onto a collar 3a of an installing mount 3, and from on said part, the electronic flash device is fitted so that the flash tube 13 turns to the direction opposite to the object to be photographed 14, and thereafter, a holding mount 4 is screwed to the installing mount 3, and by a collor 4a of the holding mount 4, the electronic flash device 5 and the installing part 6a can be fixed between said collar and the collar 3a of the installing mount 3. In such a way, by only reversing the installing direction of the electronic flash device, a direct illumination and an indirect illumination can be executed, therefore, a photographer can select easily an illuminating method which is suitable for photographing purpose.
