PURPOSE:To obtain various solid items wherein a foamable synthetic resin is in the completely foamed state and fills the outer synthetic resin, by injecting a synthetic resin and a foamable resin from two injection parts respectively into a cavity that is in a vacuum state. CONSTITUTION:A resin from an injection part 2 is injected via a resin path 6 in a head 4 into a resin injecting inlet 15 of a mold 5, while a formable resin from an injection part 3 is injected via a resin path 12 and a resin path 13 of a torpedo 7 into the resin injecting inlet 15. A cavity 10 is made vacuum by a vacuum pump 19 so that the resin may be brought in firm contact with the inner wall of the cavity, thereby providing a solid item whose corners are in firm contact with the inner wall surface of the cavity 10. |
