PURPOSE:To prevent an article itself from being destroyed even if it is lengthened in excess and a volume thereof is made large by providing a brake device interlocked with a cutting-out device as well as the article cutting-out device. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 21 of a cutting-out device 7 is usually retracted, and an elevation roller block 17 is positioned at a descending position with a brake shoe block 31 being positioned at an ascending position and with a silde plate of a starting device being positioned at a lowering position. Articles 5 placed on a roller 6 are stopped, barked 9, and stocked in separatin in front and rear of the brake device 9. Even with an impact applied to the articles located in rear of the brake device, which impact is caused owing to a new article 5 further thrown in, articles positioned at the top of the articles now located in rear of the brake device are not pressed and deformed among a stopper plate 56, etc., because they are braked by the brake shoe, and thus no large impact is transmitted to articles on a shelf 3. |
