摘要 PURPOSE:To form stereoscopic light guide which can control transverse and thickness directions by installing plural mask patterns to the plural surfaces of a photosetting resin block and irradiating light thereon from various directions. CONSTITUTION:Mask patterns 5, 6 for two branches are installed on the two intersecting surfaces of the photosetting resin block 4 which is a rectangular parallelpiped. Light A and B are then irradiated thereon from the top surface directions of the patterns 5, 6. The resin cures only in the part satisfying the relation E0<PA.tA+PB.tB (for example, PA.tA and PB.tB are the values slightly larger than 1/2E0) where the respective powers of the light A, B are designated as PA, PB (mW), the irradiation time as tA, tB (sec) and the min. energy required for the block 4 to cure as E0 (mJ). The resin in the uncured part is washed away by etching. The intersected four points of the light A, B are thus formed as four- branch light guides 7. The light guides having a large number of ports are thus easily formed with less space.
