PURPOSE:To avoid leaving a curl by cutting open a tubular film without cutting off the end of the film and laterally reciprocating the film within a small range to be wound into a roll. CONSTITUTION:A tubular film 1 having the inner surfaces closely adhering to each other is cut open by a cutter 16 of a cutting device 3 without cutting off the edge thereof to be respectively wound as one sheet film round a take-up shaft 9 through a guide roll 4, guide rolls 5, 6, 7 and a touch roll 8. Frames 10, 11 are oscillated right and left by a driving source 14, so that the film 3 is laterally reciprocated and rolled round the shaft. Thus, a difference in diameter of the film roll between the ends and the central portion thereof can be avoided to roll the film round the shaft in a good winding manner. |
