A door handle of a refrigerator and an opening/closing device having the same are provided to carry out opening/closing and tilting of a door precisely as desired by a user by means of an opening/closing handle and a tilting handle, thereby improving the operation reliability of the door. A door handle of a refrigerator includes an opening/closing handle(71) mounted on a front surface of a door in the opening/closing direction of the door, and a tilting handle(75) mounted on the front surface of the door in the tilting direction of the door. The opening/closing handle is mounted on the door horizontally and has a handle bar(72) which is widthwise mounted, and a pair of handle flanges(74) extended from both ends of the handle bar horizontally to be fixed to the door. The tilting handle is mounted on the door with downward inclination forward at an upper part of the opening/closing handle, and has a handle bar(76) which is widthwise mounted, and a pair of handle flanges(78) extended from both ends of the handle bar with upward inclination to be fixed to the door. |
