PURPOSE:To effectively utilize the wind power and wind pressure, save fuel, and improve the stability of ship steering by arranging multiple wind pressure blades on both sides of the longitudinal center line so that they can be deflected in optional directions. CONSTITUTION:Multiple brackets 2 are provided on the upper positions on both the left and right broadsides of a hull 1. Wind pressure blades 4 are fitted to these brackets 2 respectively via universal joints 3 refractable in optional directions. The ship can be steered by deflecting/controlling these wind pressre blades 4 in optional directions as appropriate in response to the wind direction, wind power, and wind speed.
