PURPOSE:To measure easily and with good reproducibility disturbing noises of an electronic apparatus placed at a short distance by installing a specimen to be measured in a line terminated by a characteristic impedance and a matching network, respectively. CONSTITUTION:To one end of a parallel plate strip line 1, a terminating equipment 4 having the same characteristic impedance as that of the line is connected, and to the other end, an electric field intensity meter 2 is connected through an impedance matching circuit 3. A testing device 5 is placed in the inside of the line 1, and a power source is supplied. Noises from the device 5 is picked up by the line 1, and it is measured with high sensitivity from a low frequency area to a high frequency area by the electric field intensity meter 2.
