<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a color filter for color separation having superior color reproducibility by incorporating a specified phthalocyanine dye to at least a layer among the colored layers. CONSTITUTION:A phthalocyanine dye expressed by formula 1 is incorporated in at least one layer among the colored layers, wherein R<1>, R<2>, R<3>, and R<4> are H atom or -SO3M group; M is H, alkali metal, or -N<+>R<5>R<6>, R<7>R<8> group, (R<5>, R<6>, R<7> and R<8> are H or 1-6C alkyl) at least one among R<1-4> is -SO3M. By this constitution, the color filter has the good spectral characteristics resulting from >=50% of the transmitted light (lambdaT) having 570nm wavelength.</p> |
