摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce the noise in car-interior without deteriorating the steering stability by setting each size and hardness of a bead filler and a rim cushion to each specific value. CONSTITUTION:A carcass layer 1 consists of two layers, and the upper edge of a rim cushion 4 is on the inside. Each size and hardness of a bead filler and a rim cushion satisfies the following equations: h/SH<=0.25, b/a>=1.50, Ha>=88, Hb<=80. In the above-described equations, (h) is height of bead filler, SH is height of tire section, (a) is sectional area of bead filler, (b) is sectional area of rim cushion, Ha is JIS hardness of bead filler,and Hb is JIS hardness of rim cushion. Therefore, the characteristic frequency of a tire is reduced in comparison with the conventional, and the resonance with the car-interior cavity resonance cycle is avoided, and the generation of road noise is prevented.</p>
