PURPOSE:A cockroach-killing glue that is prepared by kneading boric acid with water and salting the composition in tubes, thus being inexpensive and ensuring repellency of cockroaches. CONSTITUTION:Potatos or sweet potatos, high in starch content, and boiled or steamed, then combined with boric acid and kneaded with water so that the contents of starch, boric acid and water become 15-20%, 5-10wt% and 70- 80wt%, respectively. Then, the composition is sealed in tubes. An adequate amount of the glue composition is squeezed out of the places where cockroaches haunt to allow cockroaches to eat it to die during the night. Since the glue becomes inactive, when the water dries up, new glue is applied repeatedly.
