PURPOSE:To make automatically a measured record by supplying a measured value of a current and a voltage of a motor of each motor driven hydraulic device and an oil pressure of a hydraulic pump through a transducer, and also calculating and storing a moving time and a speed of a rudder and an anchor chain, and executing a picture display or printing. CONSTITUTION:A measured value of a hydraulic pressure transducer 7, a current use sensor 8 and a voltage use sensor 8' of a motor driven hydraulic device for driving a windlass and a sterring engine is standardized by a transducer 6 and supplied to a body 1. An indicating signal from a steering engine use remote switch 5 and a windlass use remote switch 4 for indicating an arrival to a prescribed position of a rudder and an anchor chain is also supplied to the body 1. The body 1 selects the highest value and the lowest value of a signal from the transducer 6, also operates a moving time and a speed from signals of the switches 4, 5, and sends them out to a CRT 2 and a recording printer 3. In this way, a measured record can be made automatically.
