PURPOSE:To simply construct a block section by rotatably fitting a side shell rib formed with bolt holes on one end to a top side tank bottom plate block, mounting the top side tank bottom plate block on an upper deck block, and rotating the side shell rib to join them in one body. CONSTITUTION:Multiple upper deck longitudinal rubs 4 and a parallel beam 5 bored with bolt holes on one end are joined to form an upper deck block A using an upper deck 1 as a base. Multiple top side tank bottom plate ribs 8, a beam 5'', and a bracket 6 bored with bolt holes are joined to form a top side tank bottom plate block B using a top side tank bottom plate 2 as a base. A side shell rib 7 bored with bolt holes on both ends is rotatably fitted to the top side tank block B on one end. Next, the top side tank bottom plate block B is mounted on the upper deck block A, the side shell rib 7 is rotated to join them in one body, and a side shell 3 is fitted. Accordingly, the top side tank block can be simply constructed.
