摘要 PURPOSE:To improve joint strength and waterproof sealing property by joining preliminarily a thin sheet ring having a high m.p. to the joint surfaces of a middle and bezel by tack spot welding then irradiating light on the thin sheet ring thereby joining the middle and the bezel. CONSTITUTION:The brass middle i2 and the brass bezel h2 are fitted to each other to form an annular plane part. The thin sheet ring g20 consisting of SUS 304 or Ni alloy, etc. having a high m.p. and corrosion resistance in combination is joined to the plane part across the band i2 and the bezel h2 by tack spot welding. The laser light is then irradiated on the ring g20 near the joint part between the middle i2 and the bezel h2 to join the ring thereto by welding. A penetration layer f21 contg. much Ni is formed in this stage and since a Cu-Zn penetration layer f21 contg. Ni is formed, the joint strength and waterproof sealing property of the band i2 and the bezel h2 are improved.
