PURPOSE:To detect quickly a fault without sending a mobile telephone to a maintenance center nor outputting a radio wave through the mobile telephone, by providing a test reusutl memory device, test result display device, test circuit, test control circuit, manual switch and a manual button. CONSTITUTION:When a subscriber A of a mobile telephone pushes a manual button BTN6 to perform various function tests of a mobile telephone MR1, a test call is outputted to a test circuit TST5 for a test control circuit CTL2. The TST5 receives a test request from the CTL2 and outputs a test call to perform various function tests of the telephone 1. When these tests are through, the CTL2 transfers the results of these tests to a test result memory device MM3 for storage. When the subscriber A desires the display of the test results stored in the MM3, the subscriber A turns on a manual switch SW7. Thus the CTL2 transfers the test results stored in the MM3 to a test result display device 4 for display. |
