PURPOSE:A Japanese cracker, seasoned with Korean pickles, and suitable for a relish taken in a banquet or a food for preventing excess intake of animal based food, etc. CONSTITUTION:A Japanese cracker obtained by adding a stock of Korean pickles having weakened taste of red pepper thereto. Even if unpolished rice is added or calcium is added thereto, almost no change is felt in the taste thereof. The above-mentioned cracker can be regarded as a health food.
