PURPOSE:To make disk loading and removing operations in one action, by providing a disk guide whose center coincides with that of a disk receiving flange and which has a tapered section and the 3rd and 2nd spring members which maintain the engaging condition of the engaging section of a fixing part with the groove section of a center shaft. CONSTITUTION:When a disk 1 is unloaded, the front end section 13a of a fixing part 13 is pushed inward. Then the 3rd spring member 15 is pushed and the fixing part 13 makes turning movement around a pin 14, and then, the engaging section 13b of the fixing part 13 is engaged with a groove section 7b. When the engaging section 13b is engaged with the groove section 7b, the fixing part 13 which has been fixed is removed from a center shaft 7a and the condition that a keep part 10 coupled by the pin 14 pushes the disk 1 is released. When the fixing part 13 is removed, the engaging section 13b never contacts with the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical section 12b of a cover plate 12, because the section 13b is contained in the opening hole 12c of the cylindrical section 12b.
