An apparatus for washing soil continuously is provided to improve agitation performance and biochemical treatment capability of the washing solution and the soil having the contaminants primarily removed therefrom and treat the contaminated soil continuously by primarily removing contaminants from contaminated soil and transferring the mixture through a stairway shaped structure step by step while agitating the contaminated soil and a washing solution. An apparatus for washing soil continuously comprises a sorting unit, an adsorption unit, and an agitation unit. The sorting unit includes a sorting casing(10) and a transfer casing(20). The sorting casing includes: a rotary mesh drum(11) installed therein in a way that the rotary mesh drum is rotationally supported by bearings(12), the rotary mesh drum having inner vanes(13) formed on an inner peripheral surface thereof and outer vanes(14) formed on an outer peripheral surface thereof; and a hopper(16) having a surfactant nozzle(15). The transfer casing includes: a transfer shaft(22) on which a transfer screw(21) is formed, and which is rotated by a low speed motor(23) and axially supported to a bearing(24); a pneumatic pipe(61) formed in the transfer shaft and connected to a pneumatic pressure generator(60) by a hose; and a plurality of pneumatic nozzles(62) radially formed on an outer peripheral surface of the pneumatic pipe. The adsorption unit includes a porous screen mesh(30) formed in the middle section of the transfer casing, a sealing cover(33) for sealing the screen mesh to form an adsorption chamber(32) in which an adsorption cloth(31) is placed between the sealing cover and the screen mesh, a vacuum adsorber(40) connected to the sealing cover by a hose(41), and an oil-water separator(42) connected to the vacuum adsorber. The agitation unit includes an agitation casing(50) having a plurality of agitation chambers(53) formed therein, agitation shafts(52) installed in the agitation chambers thereof, agitation vanes(51) formed on outer peripheral surfaces of the agitation shafts thereof, and washing solution nozzles(56) formed on top parts thereof. |
