PURPOSE:To simplify the operation of a moving die by moving vertically the lower die by the 1st motor via a nut screwed to a screw bar and providing the 2nd motor which is connected to the screw bar and transmits the lower speed and higher torque thereto. CONSTITUTION:The output shaft of the 1st motor 39 is connected via a clutch 40 and the 1st gear system 49 to a screw shaft 35 and the 2nd motor 44 is similarly connected via a clutch 45 and the 2nd gear system to the shaft 35. The shaft 35 is turned to move upward the nut 38 and the table 4, i.e., the upper die 6 when the clutch 40 is engaged to drive the motor 39 by a control device 52. The motor 39 is stopped by disengaging the clutch 40 and thereafter the motor 44 is driven by engaging the clutch 45 to form the material to be worked between the dies 5 and 6 at the low speed and high torque. Since the same shaft 35 is driven by the two driving systems, the movement and pressurization of the moving die is simplified. |
