PURPOSE:To prevent ununiformity of improvement of a stretching rate and rigidity of a base by forming a catalyzer supply vessel circularly and providing a catalyzer gas vent hole to a shell part in a way that the gas is made dense to thin from upper to downward. CONSTITUTION:A diffusion processing member 2 is added to the surface of the base 1. For example, a diaphragm 3 of speaker cone form is arranged in a graphite vessel 5. Then upper/lower holes placed to the bottom of a cylindrical vessel 10 are filled, the vessel 5 wound with a heater 4 is put into a heating furnace so as to apply heat processing. The catalyzer vent holes 8 is provided to the shell of the cylinder 10 so that the gas is dense to coarse from the upper part to the lower part, and the catalyzer gas is fed to the entire system unformly from the vessel 10 so as to apply uniform reducing effect to the base 1 and the processing member 2. Thus, a uniform diffusion region is formed to all the bases and a speaker cone diaphragm, that is, a diaphragm body is obtained. |
