PURPOSE:To output data from one reader or disc device to plural printers simultaneously by providing a disc memory, plural output means of picture information of this memory, and an interface (IF) part which outputs said information to individual output means simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:Each buffer of the IF part has line buffers LB201-224, and input or output of data is selected by input of write permission signals (LWE) or read permission signals (LRE). For example, data is read out from the LB12 when data is written in the LB1, and data is read out from the LB13 when data is written in the LB2. Though the LB from which data is read out is shifted to the LB13, the LB14, and the LB15 successively during the write to the LB1 if the write speed and the read speed do not coincide with each other, this shift is absorbed unless said LB is shifted up to the LB1. Consequently, input from a printer or disc and output to it are synchronized with each other, and therefore, pictures from the reader or the disc are outputted to the printer or the disc in real time. Further, pictures are outputted to plural printers simultaneously because buffers corresponding to the printer or the disc are provided.
