PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of the magnetic characteristic of a magnetic head and, at the same time, to simplify the working stage of the magnetic head, by performing magnetic plating after providing a guide plate to a magnetic plating growing side face and using the grown face as the gap section of the magnetic head. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic plating 3 is grown on the side face guide plate 2 of a magnetic plating growing jig. The completed body of a magnetic body is obtained by sticking two grown magnetic plating film 3 (thickness: 0.5mm.) to each other without making any machining works on the gap section and installing a winding to the sticked body. Therefore, necessity of the shaping work on the gap operating section is eliminated and the machining works are not performed. Accordingly, the magnetic performance is stabilized since no affected zone is formed and, in addition, the stage for removing the affected zone can be omitted. |
