PURPOSE:To obtain an NRZ signal while correcting a period which is broken by fading with an integration detection decoding method without losing the error detection information of each bit, by integrating the first and latter halves of a bit of a Manchester code in a digital way respectively. CONSTITUTION:A bit synchronizing circuit 1 extracts the clock information on bit synchronizing signals (b) and (c) out of an input Manchester code (a). The code (a), however, contains noises for fading and is supplied to the next integration circuit 2. The circuit 2 integrates digitally the code (a) every half bit. When the result of integration is read into the circuit 2 by strobe signals 1 and 2, the circuit 2 is damped every half bit. Thus a period broken by fading of 1/4 bits is completely corrected by a series of these actions. While an error detecting circuit 5 detects the error detection information on each bit and then decides whether or not the data (d) integrated according to strobe signals 1 and 2 produced by a strobe signal generating circuit 3 is changing within a bit.
