PURPOSE:To increase the energy density and the output density thus to improve the service life by immersing a pair of conductive substrates into organic electrolyte having specific range of water while added with pyrrole then performing electrolysis with specific current density to form poly-pyrrole through polymerization onto the substrate thereby extending the charging limit of plastic electrode. CONSTITUTION:Content of water in electrolyte where electrolyte is dissolved into organic solvent is conditioned to 400-200ppm then pyrrole is added into said electrolyte to produce solution into which a pair of conductive substrates are immersed to perform electrolysis with current density in the range of 1- 20mA/cm<2> to form poly-pyrrole onto the conductive substrate through polymerization. Preferably, LiClO4, R4NClO4, R4NBF4, R4NPF6 (where R is alkyl group) is employed as the electrolyte. While propylene carbonate, acetonitrile, benzonitrile, nitromethane, sulforan, etc. are preferably employed as said organic solvent. The current density under electrolysis is preferably in the range of 6-10mA/cm<2>. |
