PURPOSE:A water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic blended with a specific amino acid, decomposing peroxides formed by light and heat and peroxide lipid derived from sebum, occurring on the skin, not deteriorating effect of cosmetic of its own or feeling in use, preventing inflammation, etc. of the skin. CONSTITUTION:A water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic containing preferably 0.01-10wt% one or more amins selected from the group consisting of primary - quaternary amines containing 1-3 hydroxyalkyl groups (with the proviso that other substituent groups are H or alkyl groups), alkylamine(primary), thioalkylamine(primary), aromatic hydrocarbon containing 1-2 NH2, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, its salt and triethylenediamine as essential components in a water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic, not deteriorating effect of cosmetic of its own or feeling in use, decomposing peroxides to cause inflammation, etc. of the skin with the amines, keeping stably the quality of the cosmetic. |
