The cable-secured housing comprises an inner casing, contg. an abutting surface of the switch operating lever, and an actuating spherical weight (33) forming the switching member. The inner casing (36) has a restriction (38) with annular deposition edges (41), dividing a cavity into two chambers (39,40) of identical size. Pref. the inner casing is in the form of an insertable, hollow cylinder. The housing (35) may consist of a lower and upper shell with a dividing gap (37), and in such instance the inner casing is also appropriately divided. Each part of the inner casing is then integrally formed with the respective shell part.
