PURPOSE:To adjust easily the heating distributioin in the cross direction of a sheet member when the size of the sheet member changes by curving heat source bodies in such a manner that the distance between the sheet member and the heat source bodies is increased in the central part and is decreased at both ends. CONSTITUTION:Plural flexible panel heaters 3 which are made into a slender rectangular strip shape are disposed in the cross direction intersecting orthogonally with the conveying direction (arrow A) of the sheet 1 and both ends thereof are held freely turnably by the ceiling of a machine frame 6. The central part of the heaters is screwed 8 to the frame 6 and is locked by means of nuts 9 so that the curving in the central part can be adjusted. The spacing distance in the central part of the heat source bodies from the member 1 can be varied and adjusted in the above-mentioned manner and therefore even if the size of the sheet member 1 changes, the uniform heating distribution condition is obtd. easily as far as the heat source bodies conforming to the max. size of the sheet member are disposed. The unitlizing efficiency of the heat source bodies is improved as well. |
