<p>A CNC apparatus in a work machine and a method thereof are provided to maximize a function for determining a manufacturing position of workpieces by minimizing the effects of moments generated from the manufacturing position and weights of the workpieces. A CNC(Computer Numerically Controller) apparatus includes a position measuring unit(20) and a controller(40). The position measuring unit measures positions and rotation angles of a driver(30) which moves and rotates a workpiece. The controller recognizes the positions and rotation angles of the driver, calculates deviation amounts, movement and rotation speeds, and load amounts of the positions and rotation angles, calculates a speed time constant and speed and position loop gain values using the calculated result, and controls compensation coefficients based on whether or not the speed time constant and speed and position loop gain values are within a range.</p> |
