It comprises a carriage 8 provided with grooved pulleys 14 interacting with two cables 15, 16 stretched above the belt 1. This carriage supports a V-shaped stem device 7 whose lower ridge is flush with the top of the flattened belt 1, supported by means of rollers 6.
