PURPOSE:To prevent a start from becoming impossible by connecting a load device (dummy) to a solar battery, detecting a voltage being in a load state, confirming a sufficient state for driving a motor, and thereafter, starting the motor. CONSTITUTION:The first switch 9 is closed and load device (dummy) 8 is connected to a solar battery 3. An output voltage of that time is detected by a voltage detecting device 7, and the firsr switch 9 is opened at the time point when a battery voltage has reached V1 gradually, namely, at the time point when a sufficient voltage for driving a motor 1 has been obtaind in an output of the solar battery 3. As for a control device 4 which has been stopped until this opening, a start switch 5 is closed and started by this opening, a switching element of a main circuit 2 is brought to an on-off control based on a speed which has been set by a speed setting device 6, a DC voltage from the solar battery 3 is converted to DC, and the motor 1 is driven. Thereafter, an output of the solar battery 3 is opened and the control device 4 is stopped, and at the same time, the first switch 9 is closed and the load device 8 is connected to the solar battery 3. |
