摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to precisely discriminate the low load range in a low rotational speed range, by discriminating a low load operating range in an engine low rotational speed range in accordance with the rotational speed value and a throttle valve opening degree value. CONSTITUTION:An engine rotational speed signal from an Ne sensor 23 is shaped by a wave shaping circuit 901, and is thereafter fed to a CPU903. A throttle valve opening degree sensor 17 detects a throttle valve opening degree value and delivers the same to the CPU903. with the use of these engine rotational speed signal and the throttle valve opening degree value signal whether the engine is in the low rotational speed range or in a low load operating range is discriminated. With this arrangement the operating condition of the engine may be precisely determined.
