PURPOSE:To make it possible to choose and use freely either one of different kinds of battery, by shaping one kind battery group out of batteries of two different characteristics in a different external configuration from the other through a process of housing this group in a package and selecting a voltage converting circuit by a switch operating according to the difference in the external configuration. CONSTITUTION:A switch 8 is constituted of two switches, a make/break switch S6 and a changeover switch S7. Both of movable pieces S6a, S7a are bent downward and ordinarily in contact with fixed pieces S6b, S7b respectively. In other words, the switch S6 is ordinarily closed and the changeover switch S7 is ordinarily turned to the fixed piece S7b side. This situation is made by setting a single-3-type battery, and at this time, low tension power source 3V is fed to the circuit. When a battery package 10 is set, a projection 10a on the upper surface of the package 10 pushes up the movable pieces S6a, S7a, the switch S6 is opened, the switch S7 is turned to the piece S7c side, and high tension power source 6V is fed to the circuit. |
