摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent a precession from being generated without increasing control system gain and dynamic property, by a method wherein a precession frequency component is taken out of position sensor output via a band-pass filter and the output is corrected by being added to the output of the other position sensor meeting at right angles. CONSTITUTION:By an apparatus for controlling a radial magnetic shaft bearing 2 consisting of an electromagnet 2X for axis X and an electromgnet 2Y for axis Y with the output of a position sensor 5X for axis X and a position sensor 5Y for axis Y through control circuit 7X for axis X and control circuit 7Y for axis Y, the output of a position sensor (2X, 2Y) on one side is added to the output of a position sensor (2Y, 2X) on the other meeting at right angles through correction circuit 13 (13X, 13Y). Through the correction circuit 13, the procession frequency component of low frequency generated in the opposite direction of the rotational direction B of a rotary shaft until 1 is taken out via a band-pass filter, and the precession is arranged to be decreased by making correction of the value on the position sensors meeting at right angles.
