PURPOSE:To detect and display the capacity and the lifetime of a storage battery during running of a vehicle by detecting the dropping voltage of the battery and the tmie when arriving at constant voltage range. CONSTITUTION:When the voltage of a storage battery 1 is 11.8V of open circuit voltage in a completely discharged state, output terminals 3 of IC1, IC2 become OFF, a capacity display lamp LED1 is fired to display the decrease in the capacity of the battery. Then, when the voltage of the battery 1 rises due to changing to reach the constant voltage range, the output terminal 1 of the IC2 becomes ON. At this time, if the time when arriving at constant voltage range falls within the prescribed time, the output terminal of the IC1 is OFF, a lifetime display lamp LED2 is fired until the output terminal 3 becomes ON to display that the battery is at the end of the lifetime. |
