The invention relates to a transporting and centring device for round and equivalent rolling stock. The aim of the invention is to save time and material and to improve the test results. It is the object of the invention to provide a device which feeds in and removes the round and equivalent rolling stock to and from the test system in a defined position. The features according to the invention consist in that the rollers are provided with two indentations. One indentation has an angle alpha of 90 DEG and the other indentation has an angle beta of 120 DEG . The tracks of one indentation run at an angle alpha /2 of 45 DEG and the tracks of the other indentation at an angle beta /2 of 60 DEG to the vertical.
