PURPOSE:To obtain a simple locking mechanism that can touch or detach a molding die automatically to or from a molding machine by coupling both die blocks with guide pins for die blocks composing a split die. CONSTITUTION:In order to fix to the die body two die cores coupled by the stopper 13 and the guide pin 12a, first of all, the die core 11 on the fixed side is inserted into the concave section of the fixed die block to insert the die core, the fixing tool 3 is lifted from the bottom to fix the both of the die inserts to the fixed die block. If the movable die block is moved to the die clamping position, the die core 10 on the movable side is placed in the concave section to set the die core on the movable die block. Thereafter, if the die core on the movable side is compressed and fixed by lifting the fixing tool 3 and compressing the compressive surface 10b with the compressive section 3b of the fixing tool 3, the compressive section 3b pushes the stopper 13 to release the coupling of these die cores. Additionally, these die cores can be removed from the molding die body by the operation executed in the reverse sequence to the above. |
