<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound cable which has a few transmission loss and has a small outer diameter of the cable. <P>SOLUTION: The compound cable includes: an assembled stranded wire 4 in which an optical fiber 3 and an electric signal wire 2 are stranded; and a covering layer 5 formed around the assembled stranded wire 4. The electric signal wire 2 is arranged at least at the central part of the assembled stranded wire 4, and a plurality of the optical fibers 3 are arranged around the electric signal wire 2 arranged at the central part so that they may be symmetrical to the center of the assembled stranded wire 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
