<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a shift time to a power saving mode in detail by taking into account the number of users supposed to use a device. <P>SOLUTION: An image processor 10 comprises: an image reader 14 for reading an image; an image forming section 15 for forming the image; and a power supply 16 for supplying a power to each part in the device. Further, the image processor 10 comprises: a communicator 12 for receiving a user ratio which is a ratio of the users supposed to use the device; a memory 13 for storing the received user ratio; and a controller 11 which controls the image reader 14 and the image forming section 15, also controls a power supply by the power supply 16, etc. when waiting for an instruction of an image processing for a given time period or more, to shift to the power saving mode, and decides the given time period based on the user ratio stored in the memory 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
