<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate process control and improve yield and reliability of products by utilizing an ultraviolet ray setting type bonding agent at the time of bonding a winding to a ferrite core. CONSTITUTION:The bottom surface of winding groove of ferrite core 1 is coated with an ultraviolet ray setting type bonding agent 5, the surface is irradiated next with the ultraviolet ray under the condition that a winding 3 is pressurized in order to harden the bonding agent 5. Since said bonding agent does not start to be hardened under the normal temperature until it is irradiated with the ultraviolet ray, time control after coating of bonding agent which has been a problem for the bonding agent of synthetic rubber system is no longer required and it is possible that many cores are coated with the bonding agent and are left and that only a required number of cores are used when necessary.</p> |
