PURPOSE:To be easily manufactured, by a method wherein a motor core is insulated and is firmly fixed to a commutator or a sleeve with pulverulent coating. CONSTITUTION:A commutator 2 is inserted through a shaft 1, and a motor core 3 and the commutator 2 are coated with pulverulent coating in a state that the core is slightly separated from the commutator. The pulverulent coating is well stuck on the surface of the motor core 3 and even on the side face of the commutator 2 because the motor core 3 is separated from the commutator 2. And the pulverulent coatig is stuck also to the shaft between the motor core 3 and the commutator 2, and when the motor core 3 is put in contact with the commutator 2 in the state and the pulverulent coating is put in a thermosetting condition, then the commutator 2 is formly fixed to the shaft 1 and to the motor core 3. |
