PURPOSE:To automate the rotor assembling steps and to simply associate in a short time by engaging a thin pulling plate with the end of a brush, assembling a rotor in the state moved in a radial outside, and then removing the plate. CONSTITUTION:A pulling plate 4 is formed of a member thinner than the radial size of the position contacted with a commutator 12 of a brush 1 and the lifting limit position of the brush 1. The plate 4 is normally held at the position E on a slider 8, and when the rotor 11 is assembled in a bracket 3 having the brush 1, the plate 4 is moved forward and rotated to be engaged with the end of the brush 1. Then, the plate 4 is moved backward to the position D, the rotor 11 is assembled in this state, the plate 4 is then removed from the end of the brush, and the end of the brush 1 is contacted with the surface of the commutator 12. |
