<p>A multistep shifting gear-box, particularly for motor vehicles, comprises a main shaft (24) and two secondary shafts (241 and 242). On said shafts are arranged a number of groups of toothed wheels, each group having three toothed wheels in continuous meshing conditions. On the main shaft (24) there are arranged gear shifting sleeves (243, 244, 245, 246) for shifting the gears; one of said sleeves may be coupled by means of a form connection (by means of an actuating cylinder) to one of the toothed wheels. In order to obtain a synchronization with the gear shifting sleeve to be engaged, one of the secondary shafts is subjected either to an acceleration device (33) or to a deceleration device (36), according to the shifting direction. A control microprocessor controls according to the obtention of the synchronization to the gear shifting sleeve in question the servo medium supply to the actuation cylinder concerned.</p> |
