In order to simplify the hanging of curtains which has previously been tiring and involved a variety of difficulties, the curtain is fed to the clip stand on a convenient level and then quickly and simply engaged with the latter by slight pressure against the clip. The clip stand is removed from the running rollers by simple lowering after the curtain has been introduced into the existing system.
