FIELD: physics; images processing. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to methods for counterfeit protection and assessment of identity of valuable articles, and also expensive medicines, intellectual property objects, securities. In method realisation passive protective facility of preset structure is formed on valuable article, providing possibility for control of its availability and identity. Protective facility material is metal with electrochemically treated surface to create rough surface of nanosize level, at that detected informative criteria are specific generation of giant third harmonics. As probing electromagnet radiation, laser coherent radiation is used in short-range infrared and visible optical range of wave lengths. ^ EFFECT: application of method provides for guaranteed counterfeit protection of valuable articles and provides possibility to assess their identity with the help of simple technical means. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
