PURPOSE:To store inexpensively a large quantity of voice data and to improve the utilizing efficiency of a memory section by synthesizing a response message of a voice digital signal reproduced from a response/business message recording tape and transmitting the message at the reception response. CONSTITUTION:When it is decided that a preset reception bell tone rings three times, a voice synthesis start signal is outputted to a voice synthesis section 4 and a write address signal is outputted to the memory section 20 and also a response message reproducing signal is outputted to a tape mechanism 22. As a result, a response message recording part 8 at the tape head is reproduced, a reproduced voice digital signal goes to an analog response message by the voice synthesis section 4, transmitted to an opposite party from the voice output section 5 and stored sequentially to the memory section 20 from the address ''0''. After all the message recording parts 8 are reproduced, a business recording signal is outputted to the tape device 22. Thus, the response/business recording common use tape is run at the recording mode. |
