PURPOSE:To access a music interval without using a memory for TOC data by accessing based on the access data obtained by calculating the position data fed from an optional music head of address information and the position data on the first music. CONSTITUTION:When an access is fed to an interval of the 10th music, for example, the track jump is repeated to supply an access to a point A of the 10th music. Under such condition the absolute position data on the desired music interval position P is equal to 20min and 07sec obtained by subtracting 2min and 05sec from 22min and 12sec in case the absolute data on the present position is equal to 22min 12sec with the intra-music position data equal to 2min and 05sec. Therefore, accessing is facilitated if the absolute position of a desired music interval is obtained. |
